Where We Build Across The GTA
We build decks, fences, and outdoor structures across Toronto and nearby communities. Pick your city to see the kind of work we do there.
Every area has different lot conditions, access issues, and permit realities. That is why these pages are built city by city.
Toronto Region
Cities and communities we serve in this region.
Toronto
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Toronto.
Toronto is the most permit-dense and lot-constrained market we work in. Old homes on narrow lots, rear laneways with limited truck access, and Toronto Building Division review cycles that run 2–8 weeks mean every job here needs more upfront coordination than a comparable build in the suburbs.
North York
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around North York.
North York properties run from mid-century bungalows in Bathurst Manor to rebuilt Willowdale lots with two-storey additions pushing right to the setback line. Most of the build challenges here come from the lot — not the structure itself.
Scarborough
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Scarborough.
Scarborough homes sit on split grades more often than not, and the backs of those lots get hit with real wind — especially along the bluffs in Guildwood and Birch Cliff. That changes how we plan every footing, railing, and fence post before a single board goes in.
Etobicoke
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Etobicoke.
Etobicoke lots are larger than what you find downtown, but older bungalows and post-war homes come with mature root systems and aging drainage that dictate where footings can go. We build around the yard as it exists, not the version on paper.
Peel Region
Cities and communities we serve in this region.
Mississauga
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Mississauga.
Most of our Mississauga work starts with a walkout basement — the deck sits elevated, the stair count is real, and there is usually waterproofing below that has to be figured out before boards go on. Bigger lots in Meadowvale and Churchill Meadows mean more zones, more family traffic, and more decisions before the frame goes up.
Brampton
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Brampton.
Brampton is one of the busiest markets we work in, and the lots tell you why. Deep yards, walkout basements on newer builds in Credit Valley and Mount Pleasant, and high family traffic push deck projects well past a simple platform scope. The structure has to carry real load, handle grade changes, and land stair runs cleanly before anything else gets planned.
Caledon
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Caledon.
Caledon properties are larger, more exposed, and more likely to have grade changes than anything we see in urban GTA. Permit timelines through Town of Caledon Building Services also run longer than Toronto or Mississauga — plan for 3 to 8 weeks, not days.
York Region
Cities and communities we serve in this region.
Vaughan
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Vaughan.
Vaughan properties run large — estate lots in Woodbridge and Kleinburg alongside family subdivisions in Maple and Thornhill — and homeowners here expect builds that match the scale and finish of the house. We work across all four areas and plan around what the lot actually requires before we quote anything.
Richmond Hill
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Richmond Hill.
Richmond Hill jobs often sit behind bigger homes with raised rear entries, pool areas, and grading that needs real attention.
Durham Region
Cities and communities we serve in this region.
Whitby
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Whitby.
Whitby is one of the stronger Durham Region markets for deck and fence work — family subdivisions in Pringle Creek and Blue Grass Meadows generate steady demand for usable rear yards, and Port Whitby lakeside lots bring premium expectations around finish quality, grade management, and material selection. Ontario Building Code applies the same way across all of them.
Oshawa
Deck, fence, and outdoor work for homes in and around Oshawa.
Oshawa properties give us more rear yard to work with than most GTA builds — wider lots in McLaughlin, Lakeview, Eastdale, and O'Neill mean more layout options, but the Ontario Building Code requirements are identical to Toronto. Durham homeowners sometimes underestimate what triggers a permit, and that gap costs time.
