Terms of Service

By engaging ATB Construction Group for any construction services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ATB Construction Group.

ATB Construction Group provides outdoor construction services including but not limited to:

• Deck construction and repair
• Fence installation and maintenance
• Gazebo and pergola construction
• Porch and roof extensions
• Custom outdoor living spaces

All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Unforeseen site conditions
• Changes requested by the client
• Material price fluctuations
• Required permits and inspections

Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated and approved in writing before work proceeds.

Payment schedules are typically structured as follows:

• Deposit: 25-50% upon contract signing
• Progress payment: As specified in the contract
• Final payment: Upon project completion and client satisfaction

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, and bank transfer. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract.

While we strive to complete projects within estimated timeframes, completion dates may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Material availability
• Permit approval delays
• Client-requested changes

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as they become apparent.

ATB Construction Group provides workmanship warranties on all projects. Warranty terms vary by project type:

• Structural work: 5-year warranty
• General workmanship: 2-year warranty
• Materials: Manufacturer's warranty applies

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, acts of nature, or unauthorized modifications.

ATB Construction Group's liability is limited to the contract value of the project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all projects.

Cancellation terms depend on project stage:

• Before work begins: Full refund minus administrative fees
• After work begins: Payment for completed work plus material costs
• Custom materials ordered: Non-refundable material costs apply

Custom designs and plans created by ATB Construction Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use designs for the intended project.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state in which services are performed. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.
