Construction Services In Mississauga

Mississauga deck jobs are often bigger backyard builds. Walkouts, pools, and family traffic drive the layout more than anything else.

In Mississauga we see a lot of walkout basements, larger subdivisions, and back yards built for heavy family use. That means waterproofing, stair flow, and railing choices matter right from the design stage.

You can build a very clean deck here, but the plan needs to match the grade and how people move through the yard.

Churchill Meadows and Meadowvale jobs often come with wider lots and more room for multi zone layouts.

Port Credit and older Mississauga pockets can have tighter side access, older concrete, and drainage that needs to be corrected before the deck goes in.

Composite Deck with Waterproof System & Stucco-Wrapped Frame

This project involved the construction of a premium composite deck designed with a fully concealed structural finish and integrated waterproof drainage system. High-performance composite decking boards were installed to provide long-term durability and low-maintenance performance. The perimeter was completed with an aluminum glass railing system, delivering modern transparency and clean architectural lines. A full waterproof drainage system was integrated beneath the deck surface. The gutter system was strategically positioned at the front of the structure and concealed behind the stucco finish, maintaining proper water discharge while preserving a seamless exterior appearance. To eliminate exposed framing, the deck’s outer frame and structural posts were wrapped in stucco, creating a solid and monolithic architectural look that blends with the home’s exterior design. The result is a structurally engineered composite deck that combines advanced water management with refined, concealed detailing.

Permit-Approved Two-Level Composite Deck with Waterproof System

This project involved the design and construction of a fully custom two-level composite deck completed through a formal permit process, including detailed drawings, submission, and municipal approval. All structural plans were prepared in accordance with local building code requirements. Permit applications were submitted, reviewed, and approved prior to construction, ensuring full compliance with safety and engineering standards. The finished structure features upper and lower composite deck levels, built using high-performance decking boards engineered for long-term durability. The perimeter is completed with aluminum glass railing, delivering modern aesthetics and unobstructed views. A fully integrated waterproof drainage system was installed beneath both deck levels to protect structural components and maintain dry, usable space below. The underside of the upper deck was enclosed with a finished soffit ceiling system, incorporating hardwired recessed spotlights for ambient illumination. The lower level, with approximately four feet of clearance, was enclosed using smart panel cladding to create secure and functional storage space. All structural framing was carefully concealed, and support posts were wrapped in composite material to eliminate exposed wood surfaces. The result is a permit-approved, engineered outdoor structure built to the highest standards of durability, safety, and craftsmanship.

Composite Hot Tub Deck with Glass Railing

This project involved the construction of a custom composite deck designed to integrate seamlessly with an existing hot tub, creating a refined and functional outdoor retreat. Positioned along two corners of the hot tub at matching elevation, the deck allows for effortless transition between the water and the surrounding lounge area. Homeowners can step directly from the deck into the hot tub and return to a clean, stable composite surface — ideal for placing lounge chairs or relaxing poolside. Finished with aluminum glass railing, the structure maintains open sightlines while providing safety and a modern aesthetic. The result is a compact yet thoughtfully designed platform that delivers a coastal, resort-style atmosphere within a private backyard setting. Built with precision craftsmanship and durable composite materials, this hot tub deck enhances both accessibility and outdoor living comfort.

Custom Multi-Level Wood Deck with Waterfall Stairs & Under-Deck Storage

This project involved the construction of a custom second-storey wood deck that transitions into a multi-level outdoor living system, designed to maximize both functionality and architectural presence. The upper deck extends from the second floor of the home and steps down through a 4–5 step transition into a larger connected lower wood deck. From there, a custom-built waterfall-style staircase descends toward the yard, branching across multiple directional sections to create a dramatic and visually striking flow. Crafted with premium wood decking and finished with wood railings incorporating aluminum balusters, the structure balances natural warmth with structural durability. The underside of the deck was enclosed with smart panel cladding, transforming the lower area into functional storage space while maintaining a clean exterior finish. Additional custom features include built-in benches and integrated flower boxes, enhancing both comfort and visual character. Solar cap lights were installed on railing posts, and solar lighting was integrated along each stair tread, creating a refined and illuminated nighttime presence. This multi-level deck stands as a true craftsmanship project — blending structure, design complexity, and practical outdoor living.

Local Customer Feedback

Burak has been very helpful and considerate when it came to fixing my Fence. I called him and he came by the next day and fixed it. He was knowledgeable, professional and very humble. He even came back the following week and helped me remove my Awning from my deck. I definitely recommend Burak and his team in the future
