Semi-Privacy Fence with Lattice Top & Black Metal Post Caps

This project involved the complete removal and replacement of an aging residential fence system with a new semi-privacy fence featuring a decorative lattice top design. The existing fence was carefully dismantled and removed before site preparation and reconstruction began. The new fence was built using pressure-treated lumber to provide long-term durability and resistance against weather exposure. Key features of the project included: • 4x4 pressure-treated structural posts • Reinforced pressure-treated framing • Semi-privacy fence board layout • Decorative lattice top section • Black metal post caps • Full fence replacement and cleanup The lattice detail adds visual interest while maintaining airflow and allowing additional natural light to pass through the upper portion of the fence. Combined with the semi-privacy design, the result is a balanced fence solution that provides separation without creating a completely enclosed appearance. Black metal post caps were installed on each post to enhance durability while providing a clean, modern finishing touch. The completed fence significantly improved the property's appearance, privacy, and overall curb appeal.
