This project involved the installation of a modern horizontal composite fence constructed with metal structural posts between two residential properties. Due to noticeable ground elevation differences along the property line, the fence was designed using a stepped configuration. Each section was gradually lowered to follow the natural grade change, creating a clean and intentional architectural rhythm rather than forcing a continuous straight line. The horizontal composite boards provide a contemporary aesthetic while offering durability, low maintenance, and resistance to moisture and weather exposure. Metal posts were selected to enhance structural strength and long-term stability, complementing the sleek horizontal design. Integrated solar post lights were installed to add subtle evening illumination, improving both safety and visual appeal. The result is a refined and modern boundary solution that combines structural integrity, thoughtful grade adaptation, and premium outdoor detailing.

This downtown Toronto project involved the construction of a fully enclosed privacy fence section designed to connect the rear deck directly to the garage while maintaining security and architectural consistency. Posts were painted black for a bold modern finish, while the fence boards were professionally stained to achieve a rich, cohesive look. The final result is a luxury-grade downtown backyard upgrade combining deck functionality, secure garage access, full privacy, and modern detailing.

This project involved the construction of a reinforced privacy fence section installed between two residential properties. Although compact in length, the structure was built using 6x6 pressure-treated posts and reinforced 2x6 horizontal framing members to ensure long-term structural stability and durability. A full-privacy vertical board configuration was implemented to eliminate direct sightlines and clearly define the property boundary between the two homes. The upgraded structural components provide enhanced strength compared to standard fence sections, delivering a clean, solid, and secure separation between neighboring properties.
