The sliding configuration was selected to maximize functionality within a tight urban lot, eliminating swing-clearance issues and improving access flow. The newly built fence section fully encloses the garage connection area, providing complete privacy and secure boundary definition. The sliding gate is enhanced with a premium metal insert detail, adding a refined architectural accent that elevates the overall appearance. Additionally, the existing fence section along the left side of the deck was fully removed due to age and deterioration. The area was cleaned, rebuilt, and upgraded with new materials.
