Composite Deck with Waterproof System, Finished Soffit Ceiling & Glass Railing

This project involved the construction of a premium elevated composite deck designed to deliver both upper-level outdoor living and a fully finished lower-level environment. The deck surface was built using high-performance composite decking boards engineered for durability and long-term weather resistance. The perimeter was completed with an aluminum glass railing system, providing unobstructed views and a modern architectural finish. Beneath the deck surface, a fully integrated waterproof drainage system was installed to channel water away from the structure. The underside was then enclosed with a finished soffit ceiling system, creating a clean and refined lower-level space. Recessed pot lights were installed within the soffit panels to provide ambient evening lighting, while ventilation panels were integrated to promote airflow and protect structural components. The staircase and landing were carefully framed to maintain structural integrity and seamless transition between levels. The result is a cohesive outdoor system that combines durability, advanced water management, lighting integration, and elevated design.
