Large Two-Sided Stair Composite Deck with Waterproof System & Soffit Ceiling

This project involved the construction of a large-scale second-storey composite deck extending from one rear corner of the home to the other, creating a full-width outdoor living platform with architectural presence. Designed with a long, wrapping layout, the deck follows the structure of the home and incorporates a directional turn to maximize usable space. Dual staircases were installed on both the right and left sides, providing balanced access and improved flow to the yard below. The perimeter was completed with aluminum glass railing, delivering modern transparency and unobstructed views. A fully integrated waterproof drainage system was installed beneath the deck surface to protect the structure and maintain a dry lower area. The underside was enclosed with a finished soffit ceiling system, incorporating recessed spotlights to create a clean, illuminated environment below.
