Unlike single-slope patio covers, this design features a symmetrical gable structure, creating enhanced ceiling height, improved airflow, and a more architectural presence. The roof structure was securely attached to the rear wall of the home and engineered with: Structural ledger attachment Reinforced vertical support posts Load-bearing beams Precisely spaced rafters Ridge beam construction Proper roof pitch for drainage The roof surface was completed with asphalt shingles, seamlessly matching the existing house roof and delivering long-term weather protection.
