Large-Scale Board-on-Board Privacy Fence for Residential Community

This project involved the construction of a large-scale perimeter privacy fence for a residential community consisting of 46 homes, completed in coordination with a property management firm. Designed for durability, consistency, and long-term performance, the fence was constructed using 6x6 structural posts and reinforced 2x6 horizontal framing members. Each fence section incorporates seven 2x6 framing components, delivering exceptional structural rigidity across the entire perimeter. A board-on-board vertical design was selected to provide complete visual privacy while maintaining architectural uniformity throughout the community. Black aluminum post caps were installed on all 6x6 posts, adding a refined and cohesive finish while protecting the structural tops from moisture exposure. This was a large-scale installation requiring precision alignment across extended linear footage, ensuring consistent height, spacing, and structural integrity throughout the property. The result is a fortress-grade perimeter fence system that enhances privacy, security, and visual continuity across the entire residential development.

Large Commercial Restaurant Patio with Pergola & Themed Outdoor Design

This project involved the construction of a large-scale commercial patio for a Mexican restaurant, designed not only for seating expansion but for atmosphere and brand identity. Built over an existing asphalt surface, the patio structure significantly increased outdoor capacity while transforming the space into a visually immersive dining environment. A pergola-style overhead structure was installed to define the space and create partial coverage. The pergola was finished with warm-toned fabric draping, introducing a rich golden ambiance that enhances the evening dining experience and reflects a Mediterranean–Mexican aesthetic. Integrated lighting was strategically positioned to create soft ambient illumination, giving the patio a vibrant yet relaxed summer atmosphere. Decorative elements including perimeter planters, flowering accents, and cactus arrangements were incorporated to reinforce the themed environment. The result is not just a patio — but a destination-style outdoor dining setting that elevates brand presence, customer experience, and seasonal revenue potential.
