This project involved the complete removal and reconstruction of a metal fence system surrounding a daycare facility. Due to safety standards and long-term durability requirements, the existing fence was fully dismantled and removed. All old posts and deteriorated footings were extracted to allow for proper site preparation. The new metal fence system was installed from the ground up, including: Fresh post drilling New concrete footings Accurate alignment and leveling Reinforced anchoring for institutional-grade stability The fence was constructed to provide secure enclosure while maintaining visibility and supervision requirements appropriate for childcare environments. Each post was precisely positioned and set in new concrete foundations to ensure long-term structural integrity and resistance to shifting or settlement. This project delivers a safe, durable, and professionally installed perimeter solution tailored for a high-responsibility environment.

Large Commercial Restaurant Patio with Pergola & Themed Outdoor Design

This project involved the construction of a large-scale commercial patio for a Mexican restaurant, designed not only for seating expansion but for atmosphere and brand identity. Built over an existing asphalt surface, the patio structure significantly increased outdoor capacity while transforming the space into a visually immersive dining environment. A pergola-style overhead structure was installed to define the space and create partial coverage. The pergola was finished with warm-toned fabric draping, introducing a rich golden ambiance that enhances the evening dining experience and reflects a Mediterranean–Mexican aesthetic. Integrated lighting was strategically positioned to create soft ambient illumination, giving the patio a vibrant yet relaxed summer atmosphere. Decorative elements including perimeter planters, flowering accents, and cactus arrangements were incorporated to reinforce the themed environment. The result is not just a patio — but a destination-style outdoor dining setting that elevates brand presence, customer experience, and seasonal revenue potential.
