Unlike standard prefab garages, this structure was custom-built and designed to exceed typical size dimensions, providing expanded storage and vehicle capacity. Construction Scope Included: Full concrete slab foundation Structural wall framing Engineered gable roof system Roof sheathing and asphalt shingles Weather barrier and exterior finishing Custom door and window installations The exterior was finished using American-style horizontal siding, delivering a clean, durable, and low-maintenance finish. The roof was completed with asphalt shingles, ensuring long-term weather protection and snow load durability.

Custom Detached Garage with Sloped Roof & Vertical Siding

This project involved the construction of a fully custom detached garage built on a reinforced concrete foundation for long-term durability and structural stability. The structure was designed with a modern mono-slope roofline, creating a clean architectural profile with a subtle angled descent across one side. The roof was finished with asphalt shingles to provide reliable weather protection and visual consistency with residential standards. The perimeter of the roof was completed with black soffit and fascia detailing, adding contrast and a refined finish to the overall design. The garage exterior was clad with vertical channel siding, delivering a contemporary appearance while maintaining durability and low maintenance performance. Windows were strategically installed on the side and rear elevations to introduce natural light, while the front elevation features a functional and clean-lined garage door. Constructed over a poured concrete slab foundation, the garage provides structural integrity, modern aesthetics, and practical utility in a cohesive build.
