This project involved the complete construction of a large custom-sized detached garage — built from the ground up, including foundation, framing, roofing, exterior finishing, and door installations. Unlike standard prefab garages, this structure was custom-built and designed to exceed typical size dimensions, providing expanded storage and vehicle capacity. Construction Scope Included: Full concrete slab foundation Structural wall framing Engineered gable roof system Roof sheathing and asphalt shingles Weather barrier and exterior finishing Custom door and window installations The exterior was finished using American-style horizontal siding, delivering a clean, durable, and low-maintenance finish. The roof was completed with asphalt shingles, ensuring long-term weather protection and snow load durability.

Challenge

Building a custom oversized garage required precise foundation layout, structural roof alignment, and coordination between multiple access points including sliding and overhead garage doors. Ensuring proper load transfer, weatherproofing, and dimensional accuracy was critical for long-term durability.
